These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website
and online store operated by DJM Product Design, LLC. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or
“our”) through the WooCommerce platform. By placing an order, creating an account,
or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the website or purchase our products.

1. Online Store Terms

By placing an order through our WooCommerce store, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age or have legal authority to enter into a binding
    agreement.
  • All information provided during checkout or account creation is accurate and
    complete.
  • You will not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Acceptance of these Terms is required at checkout.

2. Products and Intended Use

We sell 3D printing filament and related materials intended for engineering,
professional, educational, and hobbyist use.

  • Our filament is not certified for medical, aerospace, automotive safety-critical,
    or life-support applications unless explicitly stated in writing.
  • Printed parts vary based on printer model, settings, environment, and user skill.
  • You are solely responsible for evaluating product suitability for your intended
    application.

3. Orders, Accounts, and Accuracy

  • Orders placed through WooCommerce are subject to acceptance by the Company.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders for reasons including pricing errors, inventory availability, or suspected fraud.
  • If you create a customer account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Pricing, Taxes, and Payment

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
  • Prices may change at any time without notice.
  • Payment is required in full at checkout.
  • Applicable sales tax will be calculated automatically by WooCommerce based on your shipping address and Pennsylvania/state tax requirements.
  • We are not responsible for tax calculation errors caused by incorrect customer information.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping costs and methods are displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed.
  • Risk of loss and title pass to you once the product is delivered to the carrier.
  • We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by shipping carriers or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Due to the nature of 3D printing filament:

  • Opened or used filament is non-returnable, except in cases of manufacturing defect.
  • Unopened products may be returned within 15 days of delivery with prior authorization.
  • Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or shipped in error.
  • Defects must be reported within 15 days of receipt, with photos and order details.

Refunds are issued at our discretion and processed through the original WooCommerce payment method.

7. Product Variability and Specifications

You acknowledge that:

  • Filament diameter, color, finish, and performance may vary slightly between batches.
  • Moisture exposure, storage conditions, and printer calibration significantly affect print results.
  • Minor variations within published tolerances do not constitute defects.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted under Pennsylvania law:

  • Products are provided “as is” and “as available”.
  • We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
  • We do not guarantee print quality, mechanical performance, or application suitability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, project delays, equipment damage, or failed prints.
  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DJM Product Design, LLC., its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Misuse of products
  • Use of printed parts in regulated or safety-critical applications
  • Violation of these Terms

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, images, product descriptions, specifications, and branding—is owned by the Company and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

Purchasing filament does not grant any intellectual property rights.

12. Third-Party Services (WooCommerce & Plugins)

Our store uses third-party services including WooCommerce, payment gateways,
shipping providers, and plugins.

  • We are not responsible for interruptions, errors, or data issues caused by third-party services.
  • Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

13. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

14. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website and apply to future orders. Continued use of the store constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
