Refund & Returns Policy

This Refund & Returns Policy applies to all purchases made from DJM Product Design, LLC. through our website.

1. Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of 3D printing filament, we maintain the following return policy:

  • Unopened and unused PLA or PETG filament may be returned within 15 days of delivery.
  • Products must be returned in their original, sealed packaging.
  • Opened, used, or unsealed filament is not eligible for return, except in cases of verified manufacturing defect.

Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used filament
  • Filament damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery
  • Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)
  • Returns requested after the 15-day window

3. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective product or an incorrect item:

  • You must notify us within 15 days of delivery.
  • Please provide your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
  • If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Manufacturing defects do not include:

  • Print failures due to printer settings, calibration, or environmental conditions
  • Moisture absorption after delivery
  • Color variation within normal production tolerances

4. Return Authorization Process

All returns require prior authorization. To request a return:

  1. Contact us at sales@djmproductdesign.com
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. Await approval and return instructions Unauthorized returns may be refused.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a verified defect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

6. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled only before shipment.
  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
