• We currently ship within the United States only.
• We do not ship internationally at this time.

• Processing times may vary during high-volume periods.

• Available shipping methods and rates are displayed at checkout.
• Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, size, and destination.
• We reserve the right to choose the most appropriate carrier for your order.

4. Delivery Estimates

• Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates only and not guaranteed.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Risk of Loss

• Risk of loss and title transfer to the customer once the order is delivered to the shipping carrier.
• We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once shipped.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
• Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees to reship.

7. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives visibly damaged:
• Please document the damage with photos upon receipt.
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Keep all packaging materials until the issue is resolved.
